Cancellation Fees: For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel outside the free cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee could be a percentage of the activity fee or, in some cases, the full activity fee, depending on the timing and the provider’s specific terms.

No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the activity or later than 24 hours of the scheduled start time are typically non-refundable.

Mid-Course Cancellation: If a guest begins the activity and chooses to cancel partway through, 50% of the full activity fee will be charged. This amount is considered non-refundable and will be collected in advance before the activity begins.

Provider-Specific Policies: Each dive center or provider may have its own specific cancellation terms. It’s important to review their individual terms and conditions at the time of booking to understand any additional fees or restrictions.

Communication: If you need to cancel or reschedule your activity, please notify the dive center or provider as early as possible.
